Your Personal Data, Methods of Obtaining, Purposes of Processing, and Legal Basis
- Personal information belonging to you is directly obtained from you in electronic form through the membership relationship established with you on the www.gyes.com.tr website, your shares in telephone or email correspondence, or in any other way when you enter into a commercial or legal relationship with our company. Due to the membership agreement and sales contract between you and GYES:
- Identity information (Name, Surname, ID number); Article 5/2 c-ç of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)
- Contact details (E-mail address, Phone number, Address), Article 5/2 c-ç of the KVKK
- Transaction security data related to the membership and sales relationships established by you through the website (IP address, logs, etc.), Article 5/2 c-ç of the KVKK
- These will be processed within the scope of our mandatory legitimate interest without harming your personality rights, as well as for the establishment of the contract, performance of the contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, and establishment of the right to membership, in accordance with Article 5/2 of the Law on the basis of legal obligations. The reason for the data to be processed for marketing purposes is Article 5/1 of the KVKK.
- In addition to this information, if you permit, you will receive electronic commercial messages via SMS and email containing campaigns and advertisements. You can give your permissions for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes and sending electronic commercial messages to you by checking the relevant boxes.
- Your personal data are processed for purposes such as the establishment and performance of membership contract processes, Purchase of Goods/Services, Execution of Sales and After-Sales Support Processes, Fulfillment/Execution of Legal Obligations, Execution of Customer Relationship Management Processes, Execution of Activities Aimed at Customer Satisfaction, Execution of Advertising/Campaign/Promotion Processes/Activities in accordance with the legislation, Fulfillment of Requests and Complaints, Ensuring Communication Activities and Information Security.

Your Personal data stated above, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698, and limited to these, may be shared with authorized public institutions or organizations requesting these data due to legal obligations, domestic institutions we are in contractual relations with due to our activities of providing products and services to you, our suppliers, our business partners, and third parties we receive services from and cooperate with, with sufficient and effective measures taken in accordance with the security and confidentiality principles determined by the legislation and due to legal requirements and for the purposes listed above. (Ministry of National Defense, Independent Auditors, Courts in Case of Dispute, Lawyers, etc.)
Your Rights under the Law
- As data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights in writing to [email protected] or in writing to the postal address specified below, GYES will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by GYES. In this context, personal data subjects have the rights to:
- Learn whether personal data is processed,
- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, despite being processed in accordance with the provisions of the law, and the notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request the compensation of damages in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
